At Demure Closet, each garment is thoughtfully crafted with precision, elegance, and attention to detail. We operate on a made-to-order model to ensure exclusivity and quality. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Standard Size Orders (XS / S / M / L / XL)

Returns are accepted exclusively for items purchased in standard sizes, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• The return request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
  

Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within the timeframe communicated by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrect.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding shipping fees and customs duties.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Garments created using customer-provided measurements are considered custom-made pieces. Due to their highly personalized nature and in accordance with UAE consumer regulations:

Custom or made-to-measure items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

By selecting the custom size option and submitting your measurements, you expressly acknowledge and accept that the item is produced exclusively for you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not correspond to your confirmed order, please contact us at:

• Demure Closet reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
  
• Slight variations in color, fabric texture, or fit may occur due to the made-to-order process and do not constitute a defect.
